Refund Policy

 All services provided by JusKay Pro – Tax & Notary Services are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Payments cover time, expertise, document review, and preparation services

• No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services

• Filing fees, consultation fees, and notary services are non-refundable

If an appointment is canceled before services begin, a credit may be issued at our discretion for future services.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Client-provided errors or incomplete information
• Change of mind after services are rendered
• Government decisions, processing delays, or outcomes
